Hello everyone and welcome to this month’s video! Today, I’m slowing things down in the studio to explore a medium that has been catching my eye lately. I finally picked up the Winsor & Newton Gouache Set, and I’m taking you along as I break them in.

Gouache has such a unique personality—it offers that beautiful, matte finish and opaque coverage that feels like a bridge between my love for acrylics and the fluidity of watercolors. I couldn’t wait to see how this specific set handled on the paper.
